NEWLYWEDS: Will Kim and Kris Get an Annulment or a Divorce?

Annulment or Divorce? That is the question for newlyweds Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashain. They can still be called Newlyweds, right?

Kris has been seeking an annulment to their 72-day union all along, and now Kim has jumped on the annulment boat too. Problem is, one party has to admit fraud for one to be granted. And guess what? You guessed it! Both are demanding the other to make the claim. All is fair in love and war. Kim says Kris was fraudulent because he decided he wanted to live in Minnesota after the nuptials instead of Hollywood. And Kris claims that the wedding was all a sham on Kim's part and she never planned to be Mrs. Humphries. But she tried, Kris, she really tried.

So will they be granted a Divorce or an Annulment? We are thinking these two won't budge and if they really want to be done with this, they will have to settle for a divorce. That is, unless one of them is okay being a 'fraud'. You call it gang, Annulment or Divorce?
